Print out the RMA request, pack up the equipment and send it to the service address.
After receiving your application, F–service customer service will register your request in our system.
We will carry out warranty repairs immediately, and in the event of a fault, we will inform you about any additional costs of repair.
After repair is complete, customer service will let you know and send your equipment back.
