Laptop repair — frequently asked questions
Which laptop brands do you repair?
We service laptops from all major brands — Asus, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer, MSI, Samsung, Toshiba and MacBooks. We repair at component level on the mainboard, so we do not depend on the manufacturer stocking a ready-made replacement module.
Can I drop the laptop off in person?
Yes. Our workshop is just outside Kraków and we accept equipment in person Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00. It is a short drive from the city centre. If you prefer to ship, we handle courier deliveries from across the European Union.
How much does a laptop repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the parts required. Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair, and we always send the quote for your approval — we never start work without it. The service and any replaced parts carry a 6-month warranty.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Diagnosis usually takes 1–3 working days. Replacing a screen, drive, memory or battery is typically same-day or next working day once you approve the quote. Parts ordered in specially take between 3 and 14 working days.
Will I lose the data on my drive?
We never touch your data without permission. When replacing a drive or reinstalling the system, we migrate your data to the new one. We also accept liquid-damaged laptops for data recovery alone, without repairing the hardware.
Laptop needs a repair?
Book it online — you get an RMA number and ship the laptop in. Diagnosis before repair, quote always for approval.
